WHAT IS Christian News and Comments™?
We are a Christian education organization. All our resources are used to educate Christians about news and information impacting their lives. Our organization’s purpose is to advance Christianity through love and other Christian principles. Your contributions are used to accomplish this purpose.
We subscribe to a written statement of faith clearly affirming our commitment to the evangelical Christian faith.
Do you obtain most of your information from secular sources? Why? Popular sources of information today are uncredible, extremely antiChristian and unAmerican. The Christian principle “to be in the world but not of the world” guides Christians to reject deceitful “news” and information flowing through antiChristian worldviews as are constantly broadcast from ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, The New York Times, The Washington Post, Time and Newsweek magazines and other such institutions which have rejected a basic acknowledgment of God. When you do expose yourself to such sources, you need discernment through a Christian worldview. There are many outstanding Christian organizations which disseminate the truth on all issues and topics. We draw our summaries from those accurate, credible, Godly sources of information to advance a well-informed Christian worldview. We have news that is timely, and we have information that is timeless.
Each issue of Christian News and Comments is provided at no charge, however, our production costs must be covered by yourself or some other generous donor. It costs us about $30 per year to send each monthly issue to one address. Our work is made possible entirely by tax-deductible donations of supporters. We have no ties or influences from political parties, advertisers, government welfare bribes, or special interest groups. In this age of information overload, a brief Christian worldview summary of pending issues with information on where to find details of your particular area of interest can be a valuable time saver as well as a moral compass. Who (what) is your source authority?
Be careful where you get your information!!! -Proverbs 25:26
